<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The first part has dealt with introductory elements which could provide quality to an article. Yet, there are more to follow with a view to reach the wanted standard quality of the syndication of an article.</p>
<p>3) Writing an attractive title</p>
<p>Articles should be of a great interest so as to get the readers down to the resource box or lead the webmasters to reprint the article as it is on their sites. The first element to catch the eye of a reader and confer a high degree of controversy. The catchy title along with the quality article are the utmost elements to draw the attention of the ones who are looking for articles to syndicate.</p>
<p>The theme of the articles should also be interesting. If a certain subject in looked up for, an article about an interesting aspect of that item will be syndicated more than a full-coverage article. A proper example would be the great number of articles dealing with mortgage financing but an article about the methods used by financial advisors to manipulate should be more interesting.</p>
<p>4)Organization</p>
<p>Time is a very important matter when intending to submit to article sites. Taken the numerous web sites involving large lists of article sites which accept submission. The right technique is to submit the articles to all the sites and see later if they were approved, Google being e real aid in this case by showing the exact location where it has been reprinted if introduced in advance quotations from the article. In addition, organizing a list of verified article sites can be in hand.</p>
<p>It should be mentioned that there are sites who accept submission only by e-mail, while some deny this path as it involves the building of a biography and a picture submission. The sites accepting e-mail submission are however prone to reprint the articles and the articles are likely to be syndicated.</p>
<p>5) Writing the Killer Resource</p>
<p>The key point of a syndicated article is the resource box.The links&#8217; anchor text and destination of the links must be varied because by this way certain penalties in search engine rankings can be avoided. Changing the resource box after having submitted to each site can bring some benefits. If you write an article about dogs with the anchor text&#8217;dogs&#8217; should be varied with another anchor text like &#8216;puppies&#8217; as related keywords. Using technology such as latent semantic analysis, search engines will notice &#8220;dog&#8221; and &#8220;puppy&#8221; as related words, but will not penalize the site for having unnatural links.</p>
<p>Submitting an article aids a lot in getting high quality links. It is way a lot of effort should be paid for obtaining more syndication for an article. It is my strong belief that well-written articles can deliver a great number of links related by topic and syndication.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The pursuit of online information has become an increasingly dynamic and competitive marketplace during the past three years. Global heavyweights such as www.google.com, www.yahoo.com, and www.msn.com are backed by massive resources, making it nearly impossible for new companies to even attempt to compete. It would seem for new start directories it is almost impossible to aim for the &quot;catch all&quot; approach, as there are simply bigger companies out there with larger budgets ? who are going to dominate the market for years to come. However, there are still a number of innovative directories evolving which are capable of surviving in this ultra-competitive landscape. The key to this survival is undoubtedly focusing upon a niche and making sure your site stands out from others.</p>
<p>When performing a web search, users have the choice between search engines and directories. Directories tend to be categorised by webmasters or a group of subject experts ? such as the directory http://dmoz.com. When using such a directory, the user has the option to either type in a word to facilitate a search through the directory listings, or they can choose a subject heading, for example &quot;travel&quot;. After clicking on this category, users are faced with lists of several subtopics such as &quot;hotels&quot; which would then be further split into geographic regions, then the individual hotel names.</p>
<p>In contrast, a search engine uses automated programs called robots or spiders to search through its database of websites. The user types a query into a provided dialog box in the form of a keyword, or string of keywords. The search engine then uses the robots to follow links and indexes of various websites in order to form an organised list of results in the user&#8217;s browser. The world&#8217;s most popular search engine, Google, currently has a database of 8,058,044,651 web pages.</p>
<p>With this colossal searching power, it is amazing that any directories are capable of surviving against the heavyweight search engines. The solution is perhaps to avoid trying to compete in the first place. For example, if a local directory run by people familiar with an area is marketed properly, then it can offer a real service for users, as one of the main problems people have with search engines is the difficulty in finding local services relevant to them.</p>
<p>Usually this problem stems from a lack of understanding of how to use search engines correctly. The majority of surfers searching the web for products/services will expect to find a local supplier just by typing a generalised term, and then cannot understand why they are faced with 300,000 results ? many of which are based in a foreign country. This is where a regional directory can offer more relevant results, without the searching knowledge required to make best use of the larger directories, and hopefully provide the information the person was looking for. Instead of performing a basic search, users are guided step by step through the categories.</p>
<p>One new directory which is taking a very innovative approach to the market place is the-best-of.com ( <a target="_new" href="http://www.thebestof.co.uk/">http://www.thebestof.co.uk/</a> ) which promotes itself as a &quot;UK directory run by local people for local people&quot;. The idea is that individual people will take control of a geographical area which they know well and provide users with their &quot;local knowledge&quot; on local businesses and services. Although still in its early stages, this is an example of a directory which has found a niche in terms of the service it offers and isn&#8217;t trying to tackle the big global players ? a strategy which has destroyed many directories before they have even started.</p>
<p>It is perhaps as a result of this market gap that Google has recently launched the beta version of &quot;Google Local&quot;. Google Local&#8217;s results are a combination of using business-directory information from third-party providers and integrating it with information about individual businesses from Google&#8217;s existing database of website information.</p>
<p>When using this new service, users type both the product they are looking for and their geographic location. Results are then displayed in three columns, including business name, address, and URL (if relevant). Clicking on the link to a business name displays a business reference page with details about the business, a map, a button to get driving directions, and Web pages related to the business found in Google&#8217;s main index. The new service also offers a degree of personalisation, allowing users to specify a home location, which is stored on a cookie set by Google.</p>
<p>Overall, it seems that that the ways and means we search for information on the web is set to continuously evolve over the coming years. This landscape is almost certainly going to be dominated by the big players such as Google and Yahoo. However, it is clear that as long as you have a quality, comprehensive directory that doesn&#8217;t cast its net too wide then it is possible to survive and even compete in this dynamic marketplace.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><b>The Truth - Adsense Click Fraud Can NOT be Stopped</b><br />
&nbsp;by: <b>Joseph Tierney</b></p>
<p>Your probably reading this article because you use Google Adwords to bring traffic to your website, or your a click fraudster yourself, wanting to see what kind of information I have for you. Most of you click fraudsters will think that I have no idea what I am talking about, and that I do not know your methods. Well, trust me buddy, I KNOW ALL ABOUT YOU AND WHAT YOU DO. </p>
<p>If you are new to the click fraud scene, here is an example:</p>
<p>1. Scumbag puts Google Adsense ads on his website.</p>
<p>2. The scumbag then proceeds to cheat Google Adsense by creating false clickthroughs and impressions, in return earning him a pretty nice profit, because he isn&#8217;t even working on his website, just generating false traffic.</p>
<p>All of you people that run campaigns through Google Adwords are thinking, &#8220;This guy has no idea what he is talking about, Google has everything under control and they even state so publicly!&#8221;</p>
<p>WOW! What kind of pay per click company would admit that they DO NOT have click fraud under control? I wonder what would happen to their business immediately following that statement. </p>
<p>Estimates say that nearly 20% of all clicks for Adsense are illegitimate. In my honest opinion I believe this number to be around 30-35% from some of the things I have seen.</p>
<p>Alrite, now the big question, how are they doing it?</p>
<p>There are a number of ways that people are cheating, including the &#8216;click groups&#8217; from India that click on your ads for you and create big pay checks as long as you pay them their $0.50 an hour so they can buy bread for their family.</p>
<p>But I&#8217;m going to show you the technical way that Google Adsense is cheated, not poor people clicking ads. I&#8217;m talking about extremely smart programmers that create hitbots to cheat Adsense. And, NO, I&#8217;m not talking about that piece of garbage &#8216;CACA&#8217; or Clicking Agent that you find on Google. I am talking about PRIVATE programs and scripts that are only used by private groups.</p>
<p>How do these scripts get away undetected you ask?</p>
<p>Simple, let&#8217;s actually take a look at Google&#8217;s click fraud protection (This is what I have summed up, I seriously don&#8217;t believe they have anything other protection because people are still cheating using these methods as you read this article.)</p>
<p>If you actually take a look at Google&#8217;s Adsense code when it is on your webpage you will find the URL that is used to retrieve ads. (Right-Clck your ad Iframe and click &#8216;View Page Information&#8217; or something similar.)</p>
<p>Here is an example of the URL that you will find: <a href="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-2521202633232871&#038;dt=1124847235453&#038;lmt=1124631699&#038;format=468x60_as&#038;output=html&#038;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.yoursite.com%2F&#038;color_bg=ECF8FF&#038;color_text=000000&#038;color_link=0033FF&#038;color_url=0033FF&#038;color_border=DDAAAA&#038;cc=59&#038;u_h=768&#038;u_w=1024&#038;u_ah=738&#038;u_aw=1024&#038;u_cd=32&#038;u_tz=-240&#038;u_java=true" target=new>http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-2521202633232871&#038;dt=1124847235453&#038;lmt=1124631699&#038;format=468&#215;60_as&#038;output=html&#038;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.yoursite.com%2F&#038;color_bg=ECF8FF&#038;color_text=000000&#038;color_link=0033FF&#038;color_url=0033FF&#038;color_border=DDAAAA&#038;cc=59&#038;u_h=768&#038;u_w=1024&#038;u_ah=738&#038;u_aw=1024&#038;u_cd=32&#038;u_tz=-240&#038;u_java=true</a></p>
<p>Now let&#8217;s decode this up a little bit, shall we?</p>
<p>client=ca-pub-2521202633232871 - Your client code, this tells Google who to assign the click-through money to.</p>
<p>dt=1124847235453 - Javascript, if you use the command google_date = new Date(); document.write(google_date.getTime()) &#8212; Which generates 1124847235453.</p>
<p>This shows you the number of milliseconds since midnite January 1, 1970. This is what seems to be Google&#8217;s biggest automated proxy clicker fraud prevention. Doesn&#8217;t seem too hard to generate with 2 lines of code now does it?</p>
<p>lmt=1124631699 - The last time your webpage was updated. LMT stands for Last Modified Time, pretty easy Javascript to generate this one too - document.write(document.lastModified); &#8212; Which generates 1124631699.</p>
<p>(Notice I&#8217;m skipping a bunch, that&#8217;s because they are just showing the type of ad, colors, and size that you are using.)</p>
<p>cc=59 - Seems to be some random number based on the screen width, height, and color scheme. I&#8217;ve seen this number go from 20 all the way up to 400. I&#8217;m sure they don&#8217;t use this to reliably track click fraud.</p>
<p>u_h=768 - Height of your screen settings.</p>
<p>u_w=1024 - Width of your screen settings.</p>
<p>u_ah=738 - Your available screen height.</p>
<p>u_aw=1024 - Your available screen width.</p>
<p>u_cd=32 - Color scheme on windows, e.g. 32-bit.</p>
<p>u_tz=-240 - Your monitor refresh rate or something else that isn&#8217;t important, I&#8217;ve never seen it not -240.</p>
<p>u_java=true - Just seeing if you have java enabled.</p>
<p>There are some other variables that are sometimes in the URL such as &#8216;u_his=&#8217; this means how many pages you have visited since you started up your browser. There&#8217;s also some MIME type checks and how many plugins you have installed, but these variables come up very rarely. I think they are only meant for Netscape/Firefox browsers.</p>
<p>Now that we have &#8216;decoded&#8217; the supposed unbeatable Google Adsense code, what do you think about click fraud? You still think it is rare?</p>
<p>After randomizing all the data and sending an automated query to their Adsense URL, all the scumbag has to do is parse out all of Google&#8217;s click URL&#8217;s and click one of them, giving him a click through. This can all be easily faked with even a Visual Basic program. A newbie programmer could in-fact cheat Google Adsense without much knowledge.</p>
<p>Alrite you say, they beat the javascript code detection but doesn&#8217;t Google use cookies so they can&#8217;t do this? </p>
<p>No, Google does not use cookies for Adsense.</p>
<p>Well what about IP-tracking? Someone can&#8217;t have that many proxies! </p>
<p>There are click groups that leave these programs running on their computer. They each randomly click each other&#8217;s URL&#8217;s automatically. The person running the program doesn&#8217;t even have to do anything, but he is still contributing to the success of their group and himself.</p>
<p>Does that sound too far-fetched? I am telling you that there are click groups that do this now and have been since the old Linkshare PPC days in 1999. Yes, if you were an advertiser on Linkshare back around 1999-2002, you got RAPED.</p>
<p>And that isn&#8217;t all. I have read on the internet that there is currently over 100,000 people infected in the United States alone with trojan proxy servers. These proxy servers run on random ports so that Google can&#8217;t just do a simple port 8080 or 80 check on it to see if it&#8217;s a proxy. The majority of these proxy servers are used for credit card fraud, but a lot of them are also used to cheat Google Adsense and other pay per click programs. These proxies are at-home users that look like normal dial-up, cable, and dsl users from all across the world, but mainly United States. There is NO WAY to prove that they are a proxy.</p>
<p>Random User-Agent strings is another tactic that is often used by click fraudsters. This makes Google think that a lot of different browsers are clicking the links, just keeping them further from finding out the truth.</p>
<p>On a side note, you may be thinking that the new Yahoo! pay per click program may be the way to go. I checked into their protection and guess what? They are only using ONE of Google&#8217;s protections and that is the Javascript GetTime. They are still in Beta though and this may change, but who knows?</p>
<p>To the cheaters: The benefits of cheating are short. Eventually you will be caught for what you are doing and maybe even sued by Google. There is a ton of money to be made legally with Adsense and I suggest that you stop cheating. Who am I to tell you to stop? I use to be one of you! Back when I was 13-14 I was making programs like the ones you guys are using now. You guys probably used one of my programs at one time. I am happy to say that those days of mine are all in the past now, and I am making a good amount of money LEGALLY with Adsense and other affiliate programs. Work hard guys and you will reap the benefits 100 times what you make cheating.</p>
<p>To the advertisers: You people that use Google Adwords now see that it is actually not very hard to cheat you out of your money, so be careful and MAKE SURE that you use a click fraud protection script such as ClickDefense. To lower most of your click fraud, just don&#8217;t put your ads in the Content Network, only stay on Google&#8217;s sponsored search results. Only Google gets paid when someone clicks the search results sponsored ads and nobody wants to cheat to make Google anymore money do they? Check the stock, it&#8217;s currently at 279.58 a share.</p>
<p>To summarize my article I just want to state that no one should use this information for cheating Adsense and I am not responsible for your actions if you choose to do so. You will be caught because Google will evolve and get smarter, eventually.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The phenomenal growth of ecommerce lures more and more people to dream about starting an online business. The question that bothers many and restrains them from realizing their dream is what to sell on the Internet.</p>
<p>If you have spent sometime on the Internet trying to figure out what product or service you should choose to sell online, you must have noticed that people are selling every conceivable product and service over the Internet. Contrary to popular belief, even big ticket items are also selling on the Internet very well. But, nevertheless, it is not very easy for a newbie to find a product rather quickly and start marketing online.</p>
<p>If you are having difficulty in finding a good tangible product to market on the Internet or afraid to manage all the hassles of shipping and handling you may seriously consider selling information online.</p>
<p>According to data, most people browse through the Internet in search of some sorts of information that they require. Survey conducted by Neilsen Media Research shows that Books and Information Category tops the highest selling product and service on the Internet with a significant margin in comparison to other categories. This makes information a natural product for sale on the Internet. Information sells online in the formats of e-books, articles, reports, data, whitepapers etc. If you have expertise in any specific field, you may consider selling your ideas in one of the mentioned format. Check out Clickbank&#8217;s marketplace to get a good idea what people are selling. You will be truly amazed by the scope of ideas!</p>
<p>Although, information is the most sought after product on the Internet; that does not mean it is an easy-to-sell product. For one thing ? there are tons of free information available on the Internet, and the second is people on the Internet are not very willing to pay for information. This is the reason why you have to be very careful in choosing the right product to market online.</p>
<p>People will buy your information product, if it is:</p>
<p>- A particular knowledge that they crave</p>
<p>- It makes their life easier, i.e. saves time</p>
<p>- It teaches them some subject that they would like to learn.</p>
<p>Which are the products that fall in these categories?</p>
<p>Expert advises, tips and ideas in a niche field:</p>
<p>Body building tips, dieting secrets, dating ideas, stock trading secrets, Internet marketing ideas are examples of this category.</p>
<p>Trend forecasts:</p>
<p>Businesses spend fortunes to have a better understanding of specific trends. If you have enough expertise to predict a trend of a specific field, i.e. high technology, stock market, Internet, etc., you may have a comfortable living by selling newsletter and whitepapers. The hard part is: you have to prove that you are really an expert in this field.</p>
<p>Courses:</p>
<p>Thanks to Internet, more and more people are willing to learn different subjects from the comfort of their work and home. If you have enough knowledge of a particular subject, create an online course and market it through Internet.</p>
<p>Surveys and data:</p>
<p>Business bases on various marketing, demographic, sales and other data. You may collect those data from various sources and by conducting your own online surveys. This also requires enough knowledge of a specific business field and their requirement.</p>
<p>Research and Analysis:</p>
<p>People are often ready to pay for research and analysis information of their fields because, in general, this saves their own time. That is why subscription based stocks and other research websites are thriving on the Internet.</p>
<p>There are number of other reasons why you should consider selling information on the Internet.</p>
<p>Audience size</p>
<p>Millions of people from all over the world are browsing through the Internet in any given time. Your information product can be exposed to a very large number of prospective buyers in no time.</p>
<p>Easy to develop</p>
<p>Information products like reports and e-books are fairly easy to create. All you need is ? the knowledge of the field, a little determination and enough time to spend on it.</p>
<p>Low cost and low over head</p>
<p>You can create and market a report for less than US $100. You can take advantage of numbers of free marketing tools available on the Internet. You can even keep your overhead low by doing things all by yourself.</p>
<p>You can start part time</p>
<p>This is one business you can start from shoestring and spending only couple of hours a day. You can keep your job until you feel comfortable with the earning you generate through your online endeavor.</p>
<p>Conduct business from anywhere</p>
<p>The best thing about this business is you can do it from anywhere. You are no longer confined to a specific geographical region. While developing your information product keep in mind the following aspects:</p>
<p>- Does this product satisfy a need or does it solve a problem?</p>
<p>- Is their enough value in it?</p>
<p>- Is it a better product than others available on the Internet?</p>
<p>- Is this product easy to market to your chosen market segment?</p>
<p>The last question is very important as the sheer size of Internet makes it virtually impossible to focus on it as a whole. You must segment your market as clearly and as specifically as possible to become a successful Internet marketer.</p>
<p>Once you finished developing your product, initially, try selling your product through a marketplace similar to Clickbank. This will allow you to setup your online business fairly quick. You will not need a merchant account of your own and you can build your affiliate program with an ease.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There is no doubting the success of Google&#8217;s Adsense program. Even Yahoo! and Kanoodle have joined in on the game, offering to join publishers with advertisers. Given the right circumstances, its a win / win situation for both.</p>
<p>There have been many sites that promote Top Paying Keywords and how if you add these keywords you can instantly improve your Adsense revenue. However, if you really want to see a dramatic increase in pay per clicks, you need to ensure 2 very important areas are addressed. They seem very obvious, but many site owners miss the opportunity to attract higher paying ads simply because they ignore these two areas.</p>
<p>Optimization</p>
<p>Many &#8220;would be&#8221; web designers decide to build a site around the highest paying keywords, yet, forget to optimize their site around a specific keyword. Instead, they forget the basics of how to properly create a title tag, page description, keyword density and having clean search engine spider friendly code. Remember, it&#8217;s the source code that the Adsense and Kanoodle programs are using to decide what ads will appear. If your top 2 keywords are &#8220;insurance&#8221; and &#8220;downloads&#8221;, you may find that you end up with ads regarding &#8220;insurance downloads&#8221; which of course will not pay much.</p>
<p>Also, having a high keyword density score for the keyword can get you into trouble with the search engines (specifically Google). Keywords spamming is never a good idea.</p>
<p>Optimize your page and you will search more hits to that page and not confuse the bots that create the ads for you.</p>
<p>Content</p>
<p>This is by far the most important and most missed tips. If you are going to include top paying keywords on your site, remember, if you want to attract high paying ads, you need to be selling your visitor on what your advertiser wants. Your content should sell to the visitors needs. Why should your visitor consider car insurance? What are the benefits of car insurance? Where can they get the best quotes? If you pique the interest of your visitor, they are more likely to click on your ads than if they feel that they are not getting the information they came to your site for in the first place.</p>
<p>Your content should have a specific flow to it. If you start jamming keywords into your content, your visitor will automatically suspect that you are trying to deceive them. Once you do that, they are gone! Why waste your visitors time after working so hard to get them to your site in the first place? Well optimized, focused content will always produce better, higher paying ads. That is why you are a publisher: you want those high paying ads on your site. What use though are those high paying keywords if your content doesn&#8217;t pique your visitors curiosity? Be passionate about your content, and the click through rates will skyrocket!</p>
<p>Its also important to make sure that you are using the right number of ads per page, but that is for another article!</p>
<p>Christopher Smith has been helping web site owners make money through Google Adsense by providing them with the <a target="_new" href="http://www.adsenseheaven.com">Top Paying Adsense Keywords</a> for his visitors to Adsense Heaven. For more tips on how to improve your click through rates for your pay per click programs, please visit <a target="_new" href="http://www.adsenseheaven.com">http://www.adsenseheaven.com</a>.

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>First of all, What is SEO? SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization and is the art of making your pages efficient for search engine robots in order to get your site listed in the top of their results, preferrably on the first page and within the top 10. We can easily achieve this if we know how the search engine is reading our sites, so we can further tweak our pages and make it to the top.</p>
<p>There have been several SEO techniques but this one is a Brand New, unique method, I prefer call &quot; The Small Screen SEO&quot;. We will be using our mobile phone handset connected with GPRS to do this, if you don&#8217;t have a mobile phone you can use opera which has the capability to browse WAP sites, now the theory is that since mobile phones have very limited capabilities in terms of screen size and content support, the most important content will be given preference over all others.</p>
<p>And since we will be using our favorite search engine, Google to do it; the &quot; Most important&quot; thing will be decided by our very own Google. So you just have to launch Google&#8217;s mobile search page at: http://www.google.com/xhtml either from your mobile phone or the Opera web browser, and enter the search term or your website address and keep browsing to discover the insides of your website and how Google perceives it. The Google acts as a WAP proxy to visit your own site, you can then optimize different aspects of your website to get higher rankings in search engines.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>All online businesses are nothing more than lead capturing machines. They capture traffic from search engines and links from other sources and turn that traffic into leads which turn into sales of products and services being sold on their sites.</p>
<p>But there is another booming industry surfacing that utilizes specific niche content to attract leads for 3rd parties to convert into sales for banks, realtors, lawyers, and many other groups.</p>
<p>And in many cases these leads sell for a lot more than you can make from the same people clicking on your Adsense ads. A LOT more.</p>
<p>This is partially what is meant by going &quot;beyond Adsense.&quot; You are simply getting into the lead generation business. Which is the same as Adsense publishing, but with Adsense you are selling your leads for pennies instead of dollars.</p>
<p>You can certainly create sites that sell affiliate products to the leads they generate. Most people are operating under this business model in some fashion.</p>
<p>But you can also capture the leads and sell them to people who are willing to pay anywhere from $1-$25 per qualified lead.</p>
<p>What is a &quot;qualified&quot; lead? This depends on the deal you set up with the person you are collecting them for. Sometimes it means a lead has filled out an information request form. Other times it simply means they have signed up for an autoresponder sequence that guides them to a purchase or other action.</p>
<p>In all cases I have studied, the income per lead is far higher than having the same traffic come through your site and clicking on pay per click links.</p>
<p>It takes more work to find buyers and set up deals with them for the leads you can supply them, but once it is in motion, you are promoting your site with a greater return in mind than even selling a product on the site can produce per 1000 visitors.</p>
<p>How you find the niches and create the sites to attract these leads is a topic for another day. The people doing this most successfully are groups of publishers like those at Content Desk. http://contentdesk.com/csb</p>
<p>But today we are talking about selling the leads generated by your sites to people interested in paying anywhere from $3-$25 per lead.</p>
<p>To get into the higher paying lead sales you generally have to set up deals directly with lenders, lawyers, real estate companies and the like. And by directly, I mean visiting offices and doing face to face meets to show what you can deliver and come to an agreement on what that&#8217;s worth.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s really big money being made this way. I know people making over $200,000.00 per month with this very system of attract-capture-deliver and working deals face-to-face with the people willing to pay very well for the leads.</p>
<p>One of my partners has a client who went to a local real estate company selling condos in a very lively, large metropolitan area. He made a deal to get 10% of resulting condo sales in exchange for providing leads to the company.</p>
<p>He set up a simple content site on the area, relocation information, and other relevant, attractive content that people looking to move to the area would be interested in. He now gets $10,000.00 every time a condo is sold to one of his generated leads.</p>
<p>He set up the deal face-to-face and the company is happy to pay him for helping them sell out their inventory faster than just relying on old fashioned offline lead generation.</p>
<p>There are people in your local area, most likely, willing to do the same kind of deal and who are totally unaware of how easy it is for us pubshers to generate leads for them. They are mystified by the web and think you are a &quot;geek genius&quot; who they are happy to simply pay to do your magic!</p>
<p>This business sure beats going to the same places and trying to teach them to do it themselves as a consultant. First of all, they don&#8217;t WANT to or they would already have started the long arduous process of learning and investing in an online presence for this purpose.</p>
<p>They want you to do it FOR them and will pay you to take the pressure off of them to learn how to generate e-leads.</p>
<p>Food for thought. This industry is growing in all directions and if you know how to build content sites that rank well in the engines and get a lot of traffic, you can make a killing selling leads instead of just peddling &quot;clicks.&quot;</p>

<p>Although many say that things change on the net, still what worked before keeps working. </p>
<p>Let me give you an example: If you have a PC and you do not know how to use it, you need to learn how. You go and learn the tactics and you will successfully switch on the PC. </p>
<p>I mean you need to know how to use the advertising techniques. You have to see what works best for you? Which do you prefer? Start pages or safe lists. It&#8217;s better to use the tool you prefer. This will make it more fun and you are likely to use it better. </p>
<p>There is a proven formula to market with safe lists. However 99% do not use it&#8230; Yet it has worked for those who use it. You need to know that there are millions of people using safe lists. Do you know that millions mean more than something? </p>
<p>If you follow a proven, easy-to-follow tactic you will succeed with safe list. Using less effort and getting better results. You can be successful in everything, but you must know the right formula. You will realize that the right formula is also the easiest and fastest&#8230; </p>
<p>Try analyzing a program you use. You will find that there is something better you can do. There is a great formula you are not using. </p>
<p>Many people use start pages, yet 50% doesn&#8217;t know that there exists a simple formula. You need to use &#8217;splash, eye capturing pages&#8217; and not sales pages in start pages. It is very common to see sales pages in start pages, which means that the owner did not figure out that there is a better formula to market with start pages. </p>
<p>Try figuring out what formulas you can use to make your advertising techniques successfully work. </p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have you ever heard email described as, &#8220;the killer Internet Application?&#8221; Do you understand why email is the killer app for your business on the Internet, or how to make it that way if it isn&#8217;t now?</p>
<p>In my spare time, I teach WingTsun(TM) Kung Fu. I learned Internet marketing by marketing my martial arts schools and classes online. Much of what I&#8217;ve learned about Internet marketing - and Life - has been strongly influenced by Kung Fu.</p>
<p>Good Kung Fu is concept-driven. Good Internet marketing should be, too. Have you ever heard the concept, &#8220;The best defense is a good offense?&#8221;</p>
<p>My students and I are nice people. But if you&#8217;ve ever had to defend yourself or your family, you know you can&#8217;t be too nice. Your survival, or the survival of your loved ones, depends on you winning. You cannot stop, you must win.</p>
<p>So let me ask you: If you were in a situation where you had to defend yourself and your family - life or death! - would you only hit once? Of course not. You&#8217;d keep hitting until you and your family were safe, wouldn&#8217;t you?</p>
<p>But is that how you market your business on the Internet? Are you relentless? Do you win? Or do you just get one hit per visitor? Do you really think people are going to wait around to see what happens? Or come back later for another hit?</p>
<p>It sounds funny, but this is what the vast majority of businesses do on the Internet! I&#8217;ve done it too, and I KNOW better! Any marketer will tell you it&#8217;s a known fact that it normally takes multiple exposures to your marketing before someone actually makes a purchase. It&#8217;s so easy to focus on getting a hit on your web site. But what&#8217;s the chance you&#8217;re going to win with just one hit?</p>
<p>Do you know what it costs you to get a visitor to your web site? Maybe you can measure it because you&#8217;re doing pay-per-click, popup, or banner advertising. Or maybe you just know you spent umpteen hours hunched over your keyboard sweating blood trying to optimize your pages for the search engines. Any way you count it, I&#8217;m betting it&#8217;s costing you a lot of time or money for each visitor. Do you really want them to just surf in and surf out, never to be seen again, and never to generate any revenue?</p>
<p>Are you going to crawl back in every Monday morning to a job you hate? Your family would be a lot safer if they didn&#8217;t have to depend on the good will of an anonymous corporation, wouldn&#8217;t they?</p>
<p>Are you going to win?</p>
<p>Are you an Internet Warrior?</p>
<p>Then you have to get their email address, and permission to email them. Then we start our Kung Fu.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to teach you the concept of the WingTsun chain punch. The chain punch is like a machine gun - it&#8217;s a continuous chain of punches, each one linking to the next in a continuous unbroken chain. They just keep coming! Believe it or not, with a little practice anyone can punch 7 or 8 times a second for 100 punches or more. In fact, 10 punches per second is not that difficult and 12 punches per second is not unheard of! And every one of those punches is automatic, it&#8217;s reflex. It&#8217;s all on autopilot.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s what your email newsletter can do for you. It&#8217;s your kung fu chain punches. They just keep coming until you win!</p>
<p>Now I want to be sure to specify here that we&#8217;re not talking spam - we&#8217;re talking permission marketing. We&#8217;re talking about emailing to people who&#8217;ve subscribed to your newsletter from your web site.</p>
<p>Good self-defense is simple. There&#8217;s no time to try to do complex, memorized sequences of dozens of movements! You just need a couple simple things that really work when the chips are down and that are pretty hard to screw up.</p>
<p>In the WingTsun Kung Fu that I teach, chain punching fills the bill. You learn it pretty much day one, then you do about a thousand a day for the next 40 or 60 years! Of course it will work, you know it as well as you know how to walk!</p>
<p>We&#8217;re going to do the same thing with email. Here are the concepts and simple steps of Kung Fu Email Marketing:</p>
<p>1. The primary job of your web site is to get a visitor to give you their email address and permission to email them. You need to prominently feature your subscription mechanism. The mechanism can be as simple as an email link, a form they can submit, a popup/popunder/popover, or whatever. Just get the email address. And be sure to tell them what you will do with it - you will send them your newsletter, ezine, occasional special offers, or whatever. It doesn&#8217;t hurt to tell them in plain English that you&#8217;re not going to sell their email address to a bunch of spammers either. And be sure to keep that promise! Since people are getting pretty protective of their email addresses, it may also be a great idea to give them a good reason to subscribe. Maybe you can give them a free ebook or report, or a free trial of your service.</p>
<p>2. You want your email newsletter to earn your subscribers&#8217; trust and respect, turn subscribers into customers, and customers into repeat business. You need to send your newsletter regularly forever, earning trust and respect the old-fashioned way, and never letting your subscribers down. You can do this manually, but I recommend instead doing at least most of it with a sequential autoresponder. There are a number of good ones out there, and you can either go with one hosted on someone else&#8217;s servers or you can run a script on yours.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s it, you&#8217;ve now taken your first lesson in Kung Fu Email Marketing! What, did you think it would be hard or something? C&#8217;mon, this is just Internet marketing, not Kung Fu fighting!</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What is a weblog, well simply put a weblog is a journal that is kept online. In it&#8217;s simplest form a weblog will have an article every day or week that says what the person is doing.</p>
<p>A great way the weblogs are now being utilised is as a marketing device that allows a person to market directly to their customer without the hassles of email or especially direct mail. Just off the top of my head I can tell you what kind of information can be included in these weblog articles: info on new market trends, personal achievements, buyer and seller success stories, personal stories to personalize yoou to youor public. How else can you do this? With a website you would have to update it often and a weblog is built for this so there is no hassle. With direct mail such as newsletters you would have a high cost to send and a time lag to customer seeing it where with a weblog it is instantly accessible and free to post, and finally with email newsletters you have to keep track of a list and if you sent to them every day you would run into trouble with keeping a good list when everyone is being buried by your emails and think of them as spam.</p>
<p>No matter where you are at with your online presence you can take advantage of the power of weblogs. If you have a web hosting package that includes a weblog , great. Otherwise if you would like to get a weblog you can get one for free at <a target="_new" href="http://www.blogger.com">Blogger</a>.</p>
<p>The next question is how to get the word out about your weblog. First of all each one of your posts is treated as an article and will be indexed by the search engines if it is good content. So make sure that your posts have great content. The next thing you can do is go to some of the indexes and let them know about your weblog. Try these ones first:</p>
<p><A target="_new" HREF="http://www.blogstreet.com">http://www.blogstreet.com</A><br /> <A target="_new" HREF="http://www.blogarama.com">http://www.blogarama.com</A><br /> <A target="_new" HREF="http://www.blogstreet.com">http://www.blogcatalog.com</A><br /> <A target="_new" HREF="http://www.bloguniverse.com">http://www.bloguniverse.com</A><br /> <A target="_new" HREF="http://www.lsblogs.com">http://www.lsblogs.com</A><br /> <A target="_new" HREF="http://www.bloghub.com">http://www.bloghub.com</A><br /> <A target="_new" HREF="http://blogdigger.com">http://blogdigger.com</A><br /> <A target="_new" HREF="http://www.feeds4all.com">http://www.feeds4all.com</A><br /> <A target="_new" HREF="http://www.blogclicker.com">http://www.blogclicker.com</A><br /> <A target="_new" HREF="http://www.plazoo.com">http://www.plazoo.com</A><br /> <A target="_new" HREF="http://www.blogsnow.com">http://www.blogsnow.com</A><br /> <A target="_new" HREF="http://www.blogtopsites.com">http://www.blogtopsites.com</A><br /> <A target="_new" HREF="http://www.blogwise.com">http://www.blogwise.com</A><br /> <A target="_new" HREF="http://www.pingmyblog.com">http://www.pingmyblog.com</A><br /> <A target="_new" HREF="http://www.blogexplosion.com">http://www.blogexplosion.com</A></p>
<p>The other two best ways to make your weblog popular is by sending the link to your email list and also link the weblog directly to your website. Offline methods are probably not the best but you also may have a newsletter, business cards and classified ads.</p>
<p>Good luck and happy blogging!</p>
